Lincoln counselling & psychotherapy.

I provide affordable, evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy services both online and in-person across Lincolnshire. As an integrative therapist, I combine various proven therapeutic models to deliver a personalised approach tailored to each client’s unique mental health needs.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, ADHD, or autism, my flexible counselling methods ensure you receive the most effective treatment to enhance your wellbeing. Contact me today to begin your journey towards improved mental health with compassionate, professional therapy in Lincolnshire.

My practice:

My therapeutic practice is grounded in evidence-based, humanistic approaches to mental health, including person-centred therapy (person-centred) and existential therapy (existential therapy). These therapeutic models empower clients to explore their challenges and sense of identity in an empathic, non-judgemental, and authentic environment. I also integrate techniques from psychodynamic therapy (psychodynamic therapy) and cognitive behavioural therapy (cognitive behavioural therapy) (CBT) to address a range of mental health concerns. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on uncovering unconscious patterns and resolving deep-rooted issues, while CBT aims to transform negative thinking and behavioural habits for improved emotional wellbeing. Above all, my priority is to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I engage in open dialogue with clients to determine their goals and collaboratively develop the most effective approach for their mental health journey.

Lincoln counselling room:

I offer face to face appointments at my office in Lincoln city centre. I am based in a great location on West Parade which is close to the city centre and the cathedral quarter.

Coming for therapy for the first time can sometimes be anxiety provoking, so I thought it might be helpful to provide a bit of info about the setting. The office offers a professional and confidential space with it’s own waiting room and parking close by. The door to the building will be open when you attend and you can just come in, take a seat & I’ll come down to meet you. The room is spacious and comfortable, with free tea & coffee! Here’s a couple of photographs of the room itself:
